Stay Happy and Make others Happy..!

Survival is the fundamental instinct of every animal but humans are not just live for survival they live for recognition , they wanted to be recognize, they want identity, name and position in society.

Human always try to become best and best. It is in our genes. Because we always compare us with others. It is about success , money, living hood, people, relationships etc. We always compare everything with others that’s why sometimes it become negative and ugly version of us.

I heard one small story of bird , there was a craw having a good life, fly ,eat in his world one day he saw swan he feel he is so pretty , white, beautiful…how? why not me? He feel sad…so one day he went to him and asked him why I am not beautiful as you? Swan said , ” You think I am beautiful but look at peacock how much he is colorful I have only one color but he has many colors ! ‘” Then, craw went to peacock and asked , ” you are so beautiful why not us as pretty as you? ” Peacock answered , ” I am just colorful but I can not fly as you. You can see world… I can not ! “

If you start comparing with others what comes ? Only pain, suffering or frustration . And it start developing expectation ( in wrong way ) we can call it jealousy . And this things are not good for you and your health .

Now – a – days , it becoming worst because so many people get affected by social media. How?

Imagine , you open Facebook or Instagram or any other social media and you see picture of your friend , who is enjoying vacation with his/her family or friends or husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend . And having fun with them. There is possibility of feeling jealous or unhappy or sad.

But my dear, you don’t know what is happening in there life or after that. I just wanted to tell you Please…Don’t allow these social media or anything else to affect you and your personal growth. Or rather build an attitude that you will feel happy in others happiness.

How to find that happiness? or build that attitude to be happy in others feelings.

Before going to sleep or bed make a habit to write or tell someone ( Your loved ones ) that you are grateful for having them in your life , who makes your life better , give you life , joy, and happiness.

Or

Now, every one having smartphones , go to your phone gallery make a album of happy movements in your life see it time by time , update it, add every happy movements .

Try to develop an attitude or feeling of happiness , in others success , in there joy and happiness . And this attitude will really keep you away from frustration , jealousy and negativity.
